Peacefully on Friday September 16, 2016, at Burwood Hospital, Christchurch. Daughter of the late David and Emily Matheson, much loved wife of the late Frank, loved mother and mother-in-law of David and Alison; Peter and Catherine; Willy; Mike and Victoria. Loved grandmother of Hannah, Amelia, and Andrew; James, Edward, and Charlotte; Frank, and Kate; Rebecca, Georgina, and Tom and survived by her brother Norman Matheson. A celebration of Gwen’s life will be held in the Christchurch Golf Clubhouse, 45 Horseshoe Lake Road, Christchurch, on Tuesday, September 20, at 2:30pm. Private cremation thereafter.
