Suddenly on February 15, 2017 at Brookhaven Resthome. Aged 83 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Hendrikus (Henk), loved mother and mother-in-law of Ronald and Gony, Mary and David Berryman, and Angela and Jason Gregg, loved nana and grandma of Sarah, Emily, Joel, Tennyson, and Brooklyn. A Requiem Mass for Patricia will be held in St Anne’s Catholic Church, Ferry Road, Saturday 18 February, at 10.00am. Private cremation thereafter.
