On Thursday 16th November 2017 at Stokes Valley, after a brief Illness. Dearly loved and devoted husband of Dawn. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Averill & Brian, and Neville & Dawn. Loved son of the late Leslie & Grace Raxworthy and grandson of Mayada & Alexander. Kelvin will be missed by members of the Stokes Valley Fire Brigade, Manchester Unity Lodge, and his many friends. A celebration of Kelvin’s life will be held in St Marks Anglican Church, Rakaia. on Thursday November 30, 2017 at 11.00am. Interment thereafter at Rakaia Cemetery.
