After a courageous battle, Neil passed away on December 4, 2014. Dearly loved husband of Jan, father and father-in-law of Rachel, Stacey, Hannah, Alex and Doug. Loved grandfather of Bella and Bentley. Loved son of Margaret and the late Lindsay, Diane Rangi and Dennis Port.
