Passed away peacefully on 30 December 2014, at Christchurch Public Hospital, aged 84 years. Dearly loved husband of Judith and a father who loved Ian, and David. Beloved grandfather of Elizabeth, Hamish, and Sarah and special grandfather of Candace (Melbourne), and K.C. (Mangawhai). Great grandfather of Caitlyn, Madeline, and Oliver (Melbourne). A special thanks must be given to Dr. Brent Cumming and the staff of Ward 25 at Christchurch Public Hospital, whose care was outstanding in every way. Jim was never left alone at any stage.
