On Monday, 19th January 2015 at Ilam Lifecare, peacefully and surrounded by his loving family, aged 81 years. Dearly loved youngest son of the late Fred and Agnes, loved brother and brother-in-law of Rex and Judith, and the late Julie and John Shaw; a loved uncle and great-uncle. Sincere thanks to the staff at Ilam Lifecare for the wonderful attention they gave to Ken for the short time he was in their care and to the Nurse Maude palliative team for their incredible home support, and also to the staff at Christchurch Hospital and Doctor Colin Ding and Doctor Bill Olds.
