Passed away peacefully on September 20, 2015, at Christchurch Hospital, aged 71 years. Loved and cherished mother and mother-in-law of Beverley and the late Mark Cousins; Brent; Daryl and Loretta; Sharon; Kerry and Tania; adored mother of Ricky her ‘special wee man’; and Mike Bourke. The most awesome Grandmother ever to her twelve grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren with one more due in January. Special thanks to all the staff at the Parkwood Resthome and to the Acute Medical Assessment Unit for their care of Marie. Messages to the ‘Adams Family’ C/- PO Box 10345, Christchurch 8145. A service for Marie will be held in the Ferry Park Chapel, 297 Ferry Road, on Friday 25th September 2015 at 10:30am. Interment thereafter at Memorial Park Cemetery.
