Peacefully on Saturday, 30th January, 2016, at Christchurch Hospital. Aged 84 years. Dearly loved husband of Adrienne for 61 years, loved father and father-in-law of Jocelyn and John Hardy; Alistair; Denis and Lyn(deceased) and Mary; Merv and Carol; friend and father-in-law of Diane Gosset. Loved Granddad of Luke and Cara; Adam, James, Samuel and Aleisha; Ryan and Megan; Cameron, Ben and Jordan, his 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. Loved brother and brother-in-law of David and Janice(deceased); Elizabeth and Robin Gold; Roger(deceased) and Margaret; Robin and Maureen and dear brother-in-law of Lindsay and Muriel(deceased) and Lorna(deceased) Glassey; Lois and Peter(deceased) Thompson; Dianne and Arthur Nicholas.
