Suddenly on 12 February, 2016. Dearly loved daughter of Rick and Jo, loved sister of Peter and Bethany, loved granddaughter of Maree Osborne and Jean Smith. In lieu of flowers donations to The Tear Fund would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A service to celebrate Rachel’s life will be held in the Transitional Cathedral, 234 Hereford Street, on Monday February 22, at 10:30am. Private cremation thereafter.
