Peacefully on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at Christchurch Hospital. Aged 59 years. Dearly loved partner of Katherine Seguin, loved son of Mary and the late Anthony, loved father and father-in-law of Leisha and Rusty, Adam, Simon, and Courtney and Tipene, loved granddad of Niko, Freya, and Tuari-James, loved brother and brother-in-law of Chris and Shelley, Glenn and Julie, and Tanya and Maree and a loved uncle. A service to celebrate Pat’s life, will be held in the Ferry Park Chapel, 297 Ferry Road on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at 2:00 PM. Private cremation thereafter.
