With deep sadness we announce the passing of David at Nurse Maude Hospice. Loved husband of Fiona for 56 years. Loved father, father-in-law and grandad of Sonia and Peter Caird; Andrew and Sarah Cox (Melbourne); James, Simon and Michael Caird; and Annabel and Claudia Cox (Melbourne). The family would like to thank Dr Graham MacDonald, Palliative care nurses and the staff at Nurse Maude Hospice for their wonderful care and attention of David. The celebration of David’s life will be held in the ChristChurch Transitional Cathedral, Latimer Square, on Friday, February 15 at 2.00 pm. Private cremation thereafter.
