“The Harding family is very grateful to Bell, Lamb, and Trotter, and particularly Andrew Bell, for their excellent and caring service. Every detail was done well – from the advice and support, to the layout and quality of the trifold service sheet; from the live streaming of the requiem mass to relatives around the world, to the Ford 1937 Packard that everyone mentions because it is just completely gorgeous!
“I was blown away to receive a beautifully presented memorial book with the death notice and service sheet reprinted at the front, followed by the messages from people who were able to be at S Michaels for the service. Andrew was able to arrange everything necessary for an ecoburial, too, which was just perfect.”

One Room
Our online funeral
streaming service.
The One Room – online funeral streaming system combines high quality hardware and cutting edge software to enable us to webcast live events around the world. Events can be streamed out to friends and family who have been issued secure login details via automated email invitations.
The event recording is also stored for 90 days, and can be viewed at any time from any country.
Download and archive extension options are available to ensure that an event can be protected and shared for years to come.
There are many reasons why Bell, Lamb & Trotter choose One Room for webcasting, but they include some of these benefits:
- It allows others to be able to see what your chapel or crematorium looks likes, and to feel a part of the service; seeing the flowers, hearing the music, listening to the eulogy. It gives people who cannot attend, the chance to celebrate the life of a friend or relative along with the other mourners, giving comfort and closure.
- It is a dignified and unobtrusive form of video recording, so those at the service will be unaffected by the filming.
Funeral Pre-Arrangement
Pre-arranged and prepaid funerals can easily be organised and people view this as an investment in the future to hedge against inflation and achieve maximum tax advantages. If the pre-arrangement is for yourself, it is simply the process of considering what funeral arrangements you would like to take place at the time of your death.

Prepay and Payments
Pre-paying a funeral is making some payment towards the cost of a funeral some time before the event. This makes the process easier when the time comes.
What pre-payment options exist?…
There are three different options that you may consider:
1. No pre-payment
You are able to pre-arrange your funeral details and leave all payments until a later date.
2. Full pre-payment
Your individual funeral pre-arrangement is itemised and priced according to today’s funeral cost. Full payment of the quoted funeral cost will cover our itemised services at any time in the future, and is your protection against inflation. If there are any changes to the pre-arranged details, extra payment may be required as the cost of the total service will be re-priced at current costs.
3. Funeral investment
You may invest any amount you choose above $500 in our own Funeral Trust Fund. At the time of death the investment is closed, and interest is credited to the total. Following the deduction of funeral expenses, residual monies are returned to the estate. If there is a shortfall in the invested amount the estate is billed for the balance.
Note: To protect any family making a prepaid funeral contribution, we do not accept cash payments. Our preferred method of payment is via internet banking or bank transfer direct to our provider’s bank account.

Our declaration of trust is available here and a copy of our trust deed that we have each participant complete is available here.
